11:00 Alan Timm : Strong, open source, 3d printed, cycloidal gearmotor design by Paul Gould.
On Reddit Alan found a new 3D printed robot actuator from Paul Gould.  Alan decided to try it out.

​Alan purchased his parts from ebay and McMaster Carr. The project used brushless motors and 3D printed parts. He is using Fusion 360 as the design software.

*Has a grant to hire someone to go to China to present about robotics and mentor kids. Possibly available in 2019. 
*Robot Showcase - at the Long Beach VA Hospital and the Boys and Girls Club of East Los Angeles. 
- Trish mentioned there are 5 teams registered and potentially more for the WRO event
