The Doors open.  Stop by early and say hi!  Or log in early to make sure your mic works.  We'll be here.

10:00 am :​

Use fusion360 to adapt an eye mechanism to InMoov so it can wink and blink!  We'll use some of the more advanced mesh editing features to import the inmoov head as reference and to make sure everything fits.

Give your robot a personality:  Use a GPT service locally or from the cloud right from your speech capable robot!  Plus…   an intro to prompt engineering to start building it.

​Join us for Southern California’s largest festival of science and creativity!

On April 1st, City of STEM and LA Maker Faire will combine forces to create an interactive event designed to inspire Los Angeles’ next generation of scientific leaders, makers, and creative thinkers!

We will have science celebrities like Bill Nye, hundreds of experiences, including hands-on
activities, maker exhibitors, expert panels, LA’s leading thinkers, mainstage entertainment, workshops, special guests, and live demos!

​Event is free, for all ages, outdoor at Los Angeles State Historic Park. Event details available at CityofSTEM.org.
